Is is safe to install flooring such as pergo, etc. over concrete slab with radiant heating?

Check with the manufacturer of the product you are considering. I believe Pergo has a product called Radiant Heat Pergo.

Do not use electric heating under a laminate floor. A low temp low pressure hydro system is acceptable by most laminate floor manufacturers. Check the warrantee limits of the particular manufacturer. There is an electric system that is being tested for installation under lamiantes but the tests are not complete.
