Decorating and Design - Wainscoting Corners

I am planning to do a "wainscoting" effect in our dining room, using 4x8 sheets of 11/32 beadboard, cut to 32 inches high. The doorway currently does not have any sort of casing (casement?) or molding around it, but the room does have base molding, crown molding and chair rail. I WAS planning to simply remove the existing base and chair rail, put the bead board up, and then replace the base and chair rail. I'm not sure what to do when I get to the doorway, though. In thinking about it, I think that the edges (where the bead board ends at the doorwary) will look bad if there's no casing or molding. Is there any creative way to finish these edges without doing a door casing? Or, should I just go ahead and do the full door molding?

I guess the best thing to do is to put a casement in the door. In this way the door will a piece of the set, and not just a hole in your wall,
