Need to know materials needed and step by step guide for wiring dedicated outlet. Older home, new wiring upstairs, old wiring downstairs. Breaker box.

Pull in a new wire of the appropriate size for the voltage and amperage requirements of the bed, cut in the proper outlet, and install a new breaker, again, properly sized for the load.
