Here's two questions

I have a Technics AV Control Stereo Reciever SA-EX110 that has been having issues with volume. namely squleching one channel or the other until the music volume jumps. I figured out that the problem is located where the circuit board for the volume knob meets at a 90 degree angle with the circuit board on the front of the unit. If I jiggle that board I can get sound coming equally out of both channels. I am guessing that I need to resolder somwhere in there, but figured I'd check for advice before doing anything.

The second question is about a Panasonic RS-636 tape deck that I picked up at a thrift store. It plays a little slow, maybe half a second to a second, not much but its a noticible difference between mine and my roomate's deck on the same song same tape. Any advice on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Oh yeah, there's one other small thing, does anyone know where I could order a manual spindle for a Technics SL-1250 turnatable, I right now only have the umbrella multiple spindle, but its a pain to use, and I would like to swap it out.
Thanks
