Hello.... I have seen on many craft/decorating shows how they mosaic tile a table
top or whatever. It looks fairly simple. I have a built in bar in my basement and
the counter of the bar looks like something from the 70's. I thought doing some
mosaic tiling would give it a new look and be inexpensive. I've gone to the
hardware store and bought some ceramic tiles and have smashed them all up. I do
not know what the surface of the bar is. I'm not sure what type of adhesive to
use.
I did do a search on the internet and also took some books out. But, I guess I
was looking to see if anyone had some first hand experience doing this and if so,
could they share any tips/whoopsies or whatever.
Thanks!

Thanks for the link tip... I have done a sample piece of a scrap and boy, it sure looks
beautiful! I'm ready to tackle the entire bar counter surface! This could easily
become an addiction!
