First thanks to fred for the previous help with this set. The set blows the fuse when pluged in. I found Qx3407 and Qx 3409 shorted as Fred said but I also found Qx3408 the hoz transistor shorted. My question is can I check the HV transformer and is it likely to be bad. An ohm meter shows no shorts or opens. also once I get this board fixed I'm worried that the HV block could be bad as Fred indicated and may kill the board again. How can I check the block?
