greetings again.........
This time my problm is a 27" JVC t.v. w/cable connected to it,
the picture is fine except at the top maybe 5% of picture seems to curl over it self and there are 5-6 horizontal grey lines all the way across the picture at the top, oh and I might add that when the set is first turned-on the problem is maybe 10-15% shaded, after about 10-15 minutes it shrinks to the 5% area. I tried rabbit ears thinking it was a poor cable reception...it remained. Any suggestions on what to look for.

Sounds like leaky electrolytic capacitors in the vertical circuit. Also check for cracked solder joints on the vertical output I.c. pins.
