need help. the screen had a slight hue in the corner, then no picture. still get sound ok but no picture. can anyone help on what i should look for or do ? appreciate any help.

Tech Tip as follows:


1)Video~ int. video/audio ok./Check for 9volts on pin#3 of Ic6e1. Located on the main-pcb. Part#266p931010

2)Video~ int. video/audio ok./Check for shorted or leaky C623 (470uf#10volts). Located on the cathode of D621. On main-pcb.
