Yes, with a good silicone caulking.

Home Depot carries some quality sanded caulks in the tile isle that are color matched to the grout colors. When matched to the grout you can't tell where the grout meets the caulk. This especially true when you use the sanded caulk. This caulk holds up much better than other brands of caulk I have used. I did a bathroom about 2 years ago and the caulk still looks new.
