I'm baffled...my pilot is lit, I can force the blower fan on, but I can't get the furnace to ignite. My house is freezing, Its after midnight on a Sunday and no one will come fix it! Any night owls have some advice?

First thing to do is check and see if you have 24 volts at the gas valve terminals. If yes, then the gas valve is bad. If not, then perhaps the high temp limit switch is tripped or malfunctioning or the t-stat is bad.
