i am thinking of installing a tile counter top. i have several things that have been puzzling me.
1. the corners are rounded, and i want to use a square wood molding as trim instead of tile trim, how do i approach this.
2. my counter is currently covered in laminate, do i need to pull this up or can i apply adhesive directly???

You will need a square edge for the counter. Going with a new underlayment for tile would be your best bet. You can find helpful how to info on this website at http://www.doityourself.com/ceramic/countertops.htm
