I live in an 8th floor apartment and as the weather has become colder, many of my windows are suddenly covered in condensation. So much moisture, in fact, that the bedroom window frame grew mouldy and the sliding door to the balcony is sometimes frozen shut. The water drips down, collection in the window tracks. Any idea how this is happening? And how to stop it? Oddly, the den window suffers from none of this.

My guess is that you have way too much moisture in the apartment, or not enough heat to evaporate the moisture.
