I'm trying to paint over green enamel paint. I have put 3 coats of KILZ on it and the green is still showing through slightly. HELP!!!!

....for what its worth. KILZ in any of its forms is a pigmented bonding primer meaning it will bond to most surfaces and any material will bond to it. Though pigmented to a degree it is not intended to cover like paint. I use one, not more than two, coats of primer and move on to the finish paint. It is normal for a color like green to show through many coats of KILZ.....Mike
