I would like to replace old pull out basement windows in an old home - 65+ years old prefer modern windows that are double casings - inexpensive

Call a couple of glass shops and a couple of contractors who retrofit windows and get estimates from each to retrofit the windows. The new windows will fit right into your existing frames, and will be custom made to the size you need.
