Usually wont find them in a discount fabric store,
but you might try. Ask them where the closest upolsterer is; most guys will be glad to help.
I taught adult ed for 5 yrs and discouraged my students from using them. Most people mess up the first 1/2 doz. or so until they get it right, and
it is easy to ding the fabric, too. Using a curved needle and handsewing takes longer, but gives better results until you get the hang of it.
