Hello, We recently had new vinyl windows(Alside-Ultramax)put in all our windows(15). We love the windows and ease of cleaning. But have noticed that some of the front windows have a whistling noise, even when we don't have bad winds. We live in GA. alittle south of Atlanta. The whistling noise is pretty loud at times(but not all the time) and is like a really erie sound.
Has anyone else had this problem with new windows or know what it could be? I am going to call the window company that installed them but want to have some ideal myself of what the problem is, just in case they try to tell us its normal.
Thanks so much for any and all help!
Deb

If there is a whistle, then there is a gap. The installer can fix that.

Seen this on all welded series windows.....check your diagonals to see if the window is installed slightly out of square.....that's what it was in the cases I saw....and they REALLY did whistle in a slight wind.....
