You will not have to cover for me at all. I live in the heart of pheasant country and I can shoot them out my window.

Just make sure the window is open BEFORE you pull the trigger!!
quote:
Originally posted by Jack the Contractor:

SORRY TO BUTT IN-SORT OF FEELS LIKE EAVESDROPPING AND AM NOT SURE OF ETIQUETTE-
JUST THOUGHT I'D MENTION THAT LEFTY'S ADVICE WAS INFALLABLE AND APPROPRIATE FROM MY POINT OF VIEW AS A 24 YEAR PROFFESSIONAL GLAZIER.
AND ON A PERSONAL LEVEL,WONDERING WHAT JACK WAS DOING IN MY TERRITORY(PORTLAND,OR)...
ANYTHING INTERESTING?

Wes, Jack must have really been working on this little trip. Not only did he do a job in Portland without saying "HI" to you, he passed within 3 miles of my house on the leg from Vacaville to Portland and didn't even wave, or call, or anything on his way by!! Guess next time he has to take off like this, he should check in with us first.
quote:
Originally posted by WES:

Wes: I lived in Portland for 32 years. I designed and built bridges. I was instrumental in placing the Freemont bridge
on its piers, and then went to building homes for folks. I previewed 3 subdivision while I was there, and especially looked at three homes I built using steel studs.
also layed out plans for a mbig new building in Sandy . Have a good one. I could pop in anytime.

WELL,IF ANYTIME IS IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF MONTHS YOU'LL LIKELY FIND ME GLAZING THE NEW FOX TOWER IN DOWNTOWN, WHICH I GET TO BY WAY OF THE VERY STURDY LOOKING FREMONT BRIDGE!
