I have a 2nd story, double paned clerestory (sp ?) window that has condensation on the inside. What can / should I do ? What typically causes this ?

The codensation is caused by a failure in the seal and the insulating glass unit must be replaced.

What johnam posted is absolutly correct. Call a glass shop and have them come measure the IG unit. They will order you a new one. Should take about a week or 10 days for them to get it.
