We just moved into a new (old) house and have a window in our shower. The water pools between the storm window and the outer window, where this is rust (metal 50-year-old windows), mildew, and damage. We are guessing the best thing would be to put in glass block for easy cleaning and privacy. Because it is winter, and I am in Chicago, I am wondering if it would be a problem to install them in this cold, or should I wait until the spring?

By the way, are these easy to install:)?
