We live in a split that was built in the 50's and the garage door needs replacing, it looks original and the exterior is showing its age as well as weathering. I have two cats and keep their litter boxes in the there as well as their food.
In the summer, it really gets humid in there and the ventilation is non existant.
In one garage window, we put in a screen for ventilation which works a little, but when the winter comes, it gets pretty cold in there (our child's bedroom is above the garage). Are there any garage doors that come with windows (sliding) that have screens preinstalled? I've looked everywhere.
