Is there a product that I can used to patch a chip on the coating of my tub. Instead of having to reglaze the entire tub or purchase a new tub.

incub8,
If it is a small chip and your tub is White, Almond there is a product called Appliance Touch Up - porcelain type coating. It is only about $4 comes in a small bottle like fingernail polish. Check out your appliance parts store.
If the chip is bigger, check with a bathtub refinisher - they may have a good suggestion.
Hope this helps!

I used to install tile in new construction and quite often a tub would get damaged. It must have been the drywall guys or the painter cauz god knows I never did it. Could have been the plumber.........
The general contractors always seemed to know who to call to fix it so there must be a bunch of people out there making a living repairing chiped tubs. Check with a plumbing supply house?????
