i did a search here to find any experiences with bath-fitter, an acrylic liner that goes right over your existing bathtub and tiles for a supposed quick bathroom upgrade without ripping out your old tub and tile... i only found 2 results when i searched for bathfitter and the last one was dated nearly a year ago.

has anyone gotten a bathfitter done since then or at any time?

what's the scoop on this product? how much did yours cost? were the contractors/dealers easy to deal with and or reputable?

i get mailers all the time for this product and my bath and tile are in need of repair/replacement so i'd like to hear some customer reviews of this before i go asking questions at the kiosk in the mall...
