Ok, I'm getting ready to use the drum sander. Until now I've stayed away from it, but I am more comfortable and see less chance for damage with 60 and 80 grit paper. Can you guys give me some tips for effectively using the drum sander.
I've used the square buff, triple rotary and palm sander to now and the floor looks good. I'm gonna take Locy's recommedation and finish with the drum @ 60 and 80 then the square buff @ 80 and 100 to remove the chatter marks. By the way what are chatter marks?
