NEED TO REPLACE OLD ROTTEN WINDOWSILL....
BEST WAY TO GO ABOUT THIS....

WINDOW IS A WOOD DOUBLE HUNG
WALL IS WOOD 2 x 4 STUD
OUTSIDE EXTERIOR IS HARDBOARD SIDING
INSIDE WALL IS SHEETROCK
DAMAGE CAME FROM RAIN
HOUSE HAS NO OVERHANGE (NO EVE'S)

We need a few details. What kind of window? What is it made of ? What is the wall made of and how is it sided outside and finished inside? Where did the water come from?
