CAN SOMEONE TELL ME THE STEPS TO REPLACE A ROTTED THRESHOLD,SUBFLOOR,AND HARDWOOD FLOOR IN FRONT OF A DOOR. I DONT KNOW IF ANYTHING ELSE IS DAMAGED. I DONT WANT TO JUST TAKING STUFF APART WITHOUT SOME IDEA OF WHAT TO EXPECT. THANK YOU

Solve that obvious water problem. Remove the damaged and replace with new.

We'll need to know what type of installation it was first. Nailed, glued to slab, or floating floor? Trust me on this one...they aren't easy and it may be a good idea to fire a professional, but this is up to you. Check a recent repair I did at the link below titled "Job Of The Week"
