My wife and i are redoing our living room and dining room with new paint as well as wainscoat and chair rail. What is your recommendation on the order? The moulding/chair rail etc. will be a different color than the majority of the wall.

(I was thinking...prime trim/moulding and install then paint walls/trim.)
