I was wondering if anyone knows the best way to clean scuff and dirt marks off a wall. I think the wall is either drywall or plaster. Thanks :)

If it's painted with just a flat latex paint, the best thing to do is wipe it lightly with just a lighly damp rag, then retouch it. If you scrub too much, you'll take the paint right off, especially if you're like me and live in an apartment that has really cheap apt-grade paint on the walls (and ceiling and trim and even the sink in some places.)
