insulation. i.e machinery req'd. Chemicals req'd

That's a big question for DIYers. I have never known anyone who manufactured their own cellulose insulation. You will have to do some research if you are planning on manufacturing your own for your own home or if your are planning on going into the cellulose manufacturing business.
