I am installing electronic thermostats. 1 upstairs 1 downstairs.
Is Honeywell the best brand for this? Anyway, know how much it costs?

IMHO- Honeywell makes quality products. There is one problem with the HW electronic models though. They have inductive output relays. If your furnaces have electronic boards/modules, you may need to install isolation relays between the t-stat and terminal boards in the furnace. For an idea on prices take a look at www.grainger.com

honeywell is a good product. i have never had to install an isolation relay because of the tstat. many are "energy stealing" stats, hunter being the worst in my book, if it needs a relay, it is not compatible with your unit. my opinion.
