I am installing electronic thermostats. 1 upstairs 1 downstairs.

Is Honeywell the best brand for this? Anyway, know how much it costs?

honeywell is good, price depends on application, gas, heat pump, dual fuel, etc.

I am referring to model T8112D1005 this is an electronic programmable thermostat. I was quoted 260 to install 2 of them so seems ok.

Yes, but I have just also been told by a few other contractors that
Honeywells are very complicated. They are telling me I should go with either White Rogers or April Aire. Is one brand better than the other. Please let me know.
