My problem started when one of the burners'flame went out of the chamber melting the insulation from wires 1 and 3 cuasing a shortcut between these two wires.After that my furnace doesn't
work anymore.Can any please, tell me what can I do to fix this problem.

shorted wires would possibly indicate a shorted transformer or blown low volt fuse. the bigger issue here is WHY the flame rolled out. if this is a standing pilot unit (please give more info) your burner may be covered in rust or severly corroded. if shotgun type burner, may indicate plugged cell or weak inducer. either way, get a pro to look at it, roll out is nothing to play with.

The best thing you can do is get a heating contractor to fix this for you.
We could try to explain how to fix it, but if you make a mistake you could melt more than the furnace wires.
