we will be building an summer home upstate ny rushford ny approx 1350 sq ft on concrete slab floating with vapor barriers 3 season house will be unheated and was wondereing abut installing ceramic tiles in whole house will have sub floring and install ceramic tiles will they be ok or will the crack from the frost

I would stay away from flooring like ceramic tiles or hardwood in he situation you have described. The lack of heat in the house, and the temp. extremes that will occur in upstate NY will cause trouble for either. Stick with carpet and vinyl floorings.
