Our guest bathroom has a white ceramic tile floor with royal blue/navy blue grout. It is a nice effect, but the grout is now clouding toward white and doesn't look good anymore. I assume this is a build-up of whatever cleaner was used on the floor (we bought the house a short time ago.
I got a good Armstrong cleaner which didn't clear up the problem. A tile and grout cleaner from Home Depot hasn't worked. Formula 409 and plain Windex don't do anything.
Local tile stores don't have anything (they say) that will help, and there is no blue grout available to replace what's there.
Is there a fix?

Salby,
Unfortunately, the issue of blue grout turning cloudy is a problem. It is conceiveable that bleach might had been used on the floors and this will effect colored grout, making it lighter in color, worse when a good sealer has not be applied or the need to be resealed again. .
I have attachend some links that might help, short of regrouting.
