I originally posted this message on this forum on 11-18-02 and after an initial response about what model # it was, I have received no additional replies, many people have read/viewed it, but only one response as of this time. I have a Sanyo 27" TV,The Model # is DS25230, and the Date of Manufacture is September 1992, it quit working about 3 weeks ago now. I thought maybe just a minor problem, but now I have tried everything to get a signal thru it, but nothing works. I have tried known good coax hookups throughout the house. I have hooked it to my antenna, hooked to a video game, but it gets nothing for input. The screen never changes, it is just all snow. I have had the TV for 10 years... I don't want to spend an arm and a leg to fix it, but I would like to try to fix it if I can, I am pretty good with electronics, I fixed my Camcorder and work with pc's and phones all day.
Can anyone offer me any suggestions? I am not sure where to begin troubleshooting this now though, since I get no signal. Thanks in advance.
