Where do you find/purchase roll out windows? I would like to use them on a porch.

This type of window was used a lot in the sixty's, and you see them alot in Florida. These windows have a crank in the inside so that you can roll the window out. When it rains you can still have them out and enjoy the breeze because the rain want come in unless it is windy.

If the window is made of glass slats only is called a Jalousie Window. If the window consists of one or more window frames that roll out [the same as the Jalousie], then it's called an Awning Window. Awning windows are made by many manufacturers but Jalouisies seem to be common in Flordia.
