My son just replaced the head gasket on his RM80 (early '90s). Anyone know what the torque on the head bolts and sequence should be?

The sequence is always an X patern, as long as you are close to that you will be OK. As far as the torque, most dealers' service dept will gladly give you any of that info that you ask. Thay know that it you own a bike, sooner or later you will need parts LOL.
