How can I get into my VCR on this CCU194. Another site says "By removing the mask and button panel on the front, you can get access to the reel drive pulley without pulling the deck." How do I remove mask and button panel?

Going thru the face of the unit is not a good idea for a nonprofessional. Remove the back and pull the VCR out that way, take pictures as you go if you have to for reassembly. And like what was asked, what are you symptoms etc that you need to pull the VCR? In some set’s this is a major undertaking, in others four screws and it falls apart…

the video won't eject. It started to eject, I think, but something happened and it got stuck. It shut the tv off, and now when I try to turn to turn the tv on, it makes a whirring sound from the video , a picture starts back on, the screen says 'no cassette' and after 5 seconds it all goes off again.
