my zenith has a problem with the pictur it only has a line that goes across the screen what is the problem and is it cheep or should i just get another :confused:

vertical output tranistors or ic. labor cost alot parts low cost unless they change the whole module. if you can find a shop to give a low cost est. 1st get one before you junk it.

as marvtech said it's most likley the vertical output IC and caps. That module is a 9-1407 and would cost more than a new set to have replaced. My shop would charge about $60+ for the repair, if it was just the vertout blown and not a yoke or CRT problem.
