I just had a new furnace put in and the exhaust and intake were run out the side of my house. One has a periscope design while the other has a 45 degree bend facing it towards the ground. I noticed that mine and my neigbhors furnace (which is also new) vent out the oppisite pipes. Which is which?

Thanks for the info.

My exhaust and intake pipes are identical to my neigbhors. It concerned me to see that our furnaces were exhausting out oppisite pipes.

It appears that my neigbhors furnace is exhausting out the pipe that the diagrams in my manual show as the intake.
