Need help with RCA 52" model P52939. When I turn on the tv I can only get audio but the smaller picture-in-picture (PIP) screen and not the full screen.

When I press the switch button on the remote control to toggle between the PIP and full screen, I get audio but no picture.

Any help appreciated!
