Hi there. We have just moved and the house has electrical storage heaters. Not having these before, I am finding it difficult to get any basic help - especially as the winter approaches!
Can anyone give me some general info on how they work. The units are from Creda and are around 10 years old. The units don't look in the best nick, all have a room temperature dial plus a charge dial. I assume they heat up overnight and expel the heat when required. However, I cannot see how this works. They have been switched on, but no heating. I am wondering if a) the system is not working or b) I am missing some very basic 'ON' button.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Get the model #'s and serial #'s and go to www.creda-heating.co.uk You will be able to download the pdf files on your units.
