I must have been under the weather when I accidently grabbed the chain saw oil container and poured it into the wrong receptacle (gas tank). The chain saw continued to run momentarily until I suddenly realized what I did and shut it off. Now what??? Any comments (civil) welcome!

Hey dorian-13, only civil here!!!!......Open the fuel tank cap and pour out the contents and add fresh fuel oil mixture. Adding to much oil to the fuel will not destroy the engine. You may need a new plug if it ran very long .......Mike

Mike,
Thanks! I thought I might have permanently damaged the engine. It ran only about 10 seconds after I discovered my error. I'll waste no time in emptying the gas tank and refilling with fuel. Thanks again!!:)
