Have you tried your local library? Check out woodworking magazines, Know a woodworker? He might let you look through his magazines or books. You can also visit these sites,

www.the3house.com Click on "Free Plans On The Internet"
next screen click on "Search" The next screen appears to be the same, but scroll down and in the Woodworking Plans Search box type in "entertainment center". Again scroll down the next screen and you will have the results.
www.google.com In the search box type in "entertainment center plans" Allow some time to sit down and go through the results
