The furnice or ac will not kick on, and the fan would not run. I replaced the thermostat, and still nothing will run. The new thermostat will react to temp changes with a click, but the fan or furnice still will not run. I can hear power running to the furnice. Any suggestions?

The 5 yr. old furnace is a Rheem Classic 90 Plus and the model # is RGRA-07EMAES. When the thermostat is turned on, the fan does not work to the heat or air. The electricity hums when the switch on the furnace is on. The furnace has an automatic ignition device that lights the burner.
I apologize for the lack of information in the original message. I hope this is what you need. Thank you for your help!

resettable flame rollouts will do this. once checked, if you have a meter, see if you have power (24 volts) from W to C at the furnace when tstat is calling for heat. if so, signal coming back from tstat, will go from there. OH YEAH! check the circuit board, it has a fuse, probably blown. this would do this too. may blow again, we can go from there
