Hi,
Over the years my dad has used a asphalt sealer which he has accidently gotten on the block of the foundation of the house.
He wants me to paint the blocks but according to the manufacturer of the paint the asphalt sealer needs to be removed.
My question is how do I remove it or at least clean most of it form the blocks?
