I have a 25 in Philips Magnavox Color Tv that I need the black button that turns it off and on. I have called Philips twice to be told once to call local shop to get it.When I called he told me without a part # he couldn't get it for me.I called Philips back to be told they couldn't give me a part # and could give no reason why? I guess you have figured out by now no more Philips products for me. Can anyone help me find the part or part #? Thanks I forgot to put the model #. It is TS2556CI.

This is what I was trying to explain to someone else here. These manufactures will not support their products to the public, you must go thru a warranty station or try the above links. Tritronics and MCM both have part number research and sell to the general public,

I found the part I needed at www3.sears.com by typing in the model number.
