I went to turn my Magnavox TV/VCR combo on one day, and it turned on for a few seconds (good picture) and shut off. The VCR sounded like it may have been running, but the whole system shut down. I opened up the system, and one of the belts was broken, so I replaced it (and salvaged the VCR tape that would not eject). I put the thing back together, and I'm still having the same problem. Any ideas? Or any ideas on where I can get a service manual without paying $30 for it? It's model #CCS139AT02

Repalce all the belts and tires not just one, thats like replacing just one tire on you car... After the belt replacement you should be OK. Most likely the idler tire/clutch between the pickup and supply tables has failed.
