I have a Sanyo 19'' TV that I bought from the classifieds. It worked for about a week then the display suddenly messed up. There is only a horizontal line that displays on the screen but sound works fine. I called a repair shop and they said that something may be wrong with the vertical IC. I don't know what that is. Can someone please help me try to repair the problem. Pleeeeeaaassseee. Thank you.

BadboyO_13, Sounds like no vertical sweep. Whats the model number and date of manufacture?

The model number is DS19730 and it was manufactured in April 1998. Thanks for the help.:)
