Hi,
I Own a home in NewEngland with bad winters. My front steps are made of brick.I was told by the mason to waterseal them before every winter to help make them last.
Wal-Mart sells "Thompsons Water Seal" and "Amorall Brand"Water Seal. The second is cheaper.Does anyone have experience with the Amorall brand,or is Thompsons the best for the money?
Any recomendations would be helpful.Thanks

It is best to purchase a sealer from a company that specializes in masonry products. Purchase a sealer that is specifically formulated for brick as indicated in the article above.
