I'm in the beginning stages of learning this tv repair thing.... i guess... Have worked on everything else....so.. i got a question...
I have a RCA television.... that will not do anything when plugged
in.... i know i have power going to the tv and i know none of the fuses on the board are blown.... what could be my next step to check... Just getting started... thanks for any advice...

I have found both of these sites to be helpful in troubleshooting my RCA, and for information. Just be careful if you start probing voltages and things.
Perhaps you could give us the model # and Chassis
